Further Photos from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Property blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.

Furthermore contained in this recent image drop appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the American territory.

The financier purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had formulated development schemes to develop the sprawling island by building residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section identifying distinct sections of the property.

In addition to this are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including layouts for marina coverings.

Additional documentation released as part of the current investigative release.
